Turquoise was one of the first gemstones to be mined and varies in colour from sky-blue to green depending on the amount of iron and copper it contains. Turquoise's metaphysical properties include promoting creative expression, peace of mind and emotional balance. Turquoise is also said to enhance meditation.
This collection is named after Water Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. Water Street is in the Gastown area and is named for its proximity to the water. The street is popular amongst tourists and its most famous landmark is the steam clock.
